Policies & Info
Shipping and Handling We ship both domestically and internationally. We use USPS for standard domestic shipping and UPS for overnight shipping when requested. If you choose UPS, you will be charged the estimated shipping on your oder. USPS orders are shipped Priority Mail and are estimated to be received within 2- 5 business days. International orders are shipped using USPS Priority. You can expect to pay approximately $20 per $50 of fabric shipped abroad. We charge the actual shipping costs for international orders, so this is only a rule of thumb estimate. Customers are responsible for any Custom or Duty fees incurred. In the event damage occurs during shipment, please retain all packaging for claims process. We strongly encourage you to insure your order if it is being shipped internationally. Fat Quarter Creations is not responsible for uninsured packages lost by the Post Office.
All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
If your order contains both pre-ordered/ available soon items and items from our inventory, please indicate if you would like all items to be held for one shipment (to minimize shipping costs) or if you would like to pay extra shipping.
An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your order. The confirmation will include the total price of your order including estimated shipping within the continental United States. Once the product has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with package tracking information if applicable.
We will not ship to Nigeria.
Pre-Orders You may pre-order items that are listed as available at a future date, as described in the item descriptions. If your order contains both pre-ordered/ available soon items and items from our inventory, please indicate if you would like all items to be held for one shipment (to minimize shipping costs) or if you would like to pay extra shipping (ship what is in stock, and then ship again when the pre-ordered items are available).
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations We have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us via info@fatquartercreations.com for a return authorization number before sending any items back. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Refunds will be issued once the items are returned to us if the items returned are in their original condition. Returned items with a smoke order will not receive a refund. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns, and books may not be returned.
You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping by contacting us at 512-731-6795. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Payment Methods We accept paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover cards in US funds for all purchases. We use secure servers for all orders placed on-line.
Tax Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Quality Materials All of our fabrics come from the finest manufacturers and are 100% cotton. The standard width is 42" to 44" unless otherwise stated.
Availability All orders are filled on a first come first served basis. We remove sold out products nightly. In many cases once a fabric is gone we do not have the ability to order more of the same fabric. We will notify you if we have run out of the product that you have ordered and give you the option to substitute another product or cancel the line item.
